At Lazka Import and Export, we take pride in providing high-quality products and services. We understand that in rare cases, issues may arise. Please read our policy carefully to understand when and how refunds or returns may apply.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

The buyer notifies us within 7 days of receiving the goods.

Proof of damage (photos/videos) is provided for verification.

The product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories/documents.

Buyer’s change of mind after order confirmation

Delays due to customs or shipping providers

Products customised as per the buyer's request

Items mishandled after delivery
💸 Refund Process
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
📦 Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is proven to be our fault (e.g., wrong item, damaged goods).

For international orders, customs duties and fees are non-refundable.
🔄 Replacements
Where applicable, we may offer to replace the item instead of issuing a refund. This will be discussed with you once we verify the issue.
